When Angelica and Nicolas chose Venice for their destination wedding in Italy, we immediately knew it would be a celebration of timeless beauty and artistic elegance. From the start, their vision was clear — an atmosphere that was both sophisticated and statement-making, reflecting the grandeur of the city itself.
For their Catholic ceremony, we suggested one of Venice’s hidden treasures — a historic church that feels both majestic and intimate, with richly decorated walls and a stunning ancient marble floor.
The wedding reception took place at the iconic Palazzo Pisani Moretta, one of the most renowned palaces on the Grand Canal — a true Venetian masterpiece and the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable celebration. Our goal was to transform the grand empty halls of the palace into an elegant living room on the water, complete with velvet furnishings, golden accents, and an atmosphere worthy of the venue’s opulence.
The first-floor salon became a romantic candlelit dining room, illuminated by hundreds of Murano glass candlesticks and filled with the idelicate scent of garden roses. The long banquet tables were adorned with handcrafted stationery embellished with gold silk tassels, adding a refined touch to the lush tablescape of blooms and crystal. The color palette was a graceful blend of ivory, blush pink, and shimmering gold — a perfect reflection of Venetian elegance and timeless romance.
